[Women's Basketball] Foresters take a hit on the road
SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – The HU women's basketball team wrapped up the pre-Christmas portion of their schedule Saturday afternoon with a 74-59 loss to Lawrence Tech at Don Rider Field House. It's just the second time these two squads have clashed with the Foresters enjoying a 64-50 win last year in the inaugural meeting.On this given day, the Foresters got off to a great start. Emily Seboe spearheaded the effort by knocking down her first four shots, three of which were from deep, to guide her team to an early ten-point lead at 21-11 with just under two minutes left in the opening quarter. By the first break, Huntington still held on to a 21-16 advantage.
