'23-'24 CUNYAC Basketball All Stars Announced; Four Cougars earn distinctions

On the heels of the 2024 CUNYAC Women's Basketball Championship Game, the City University of New York Athletic Conference revealed its end-of-year awards for the 2023-24 season, as voted upon by the league's head coaches. Medgar Evers College was well-represented, with four student-athletes, including women's basketball players Sheily Quezada (First Team All-Star), Aaliyah Lyons (Rookie of the Year), Anamaria Dzagnidze (Sportsmanship team honoree), and men's basketball standout Derek Wicker (Sportsmanship team member) earning distinctions.
