Davis Selected Academic All-District

BEAUMONT, Texas – Akasha Davis put together her finest season to date as a member of the Lamar University women's basketball team. While the Wylie native had a stellar year earning Southland Conference Player of the Year honors for her performance on the court, her academics have garnered her a national honor. Davis was selected as a member of the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Women's Basketball Team.
