Following Perfect Performance, Jamie Martin Receives Fourth Consecutive Pitcher of the Week Honor

Junior pitcher Jamie Martin was honored Monday by the Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference, named the Pitcher of the Week for the fourth straight week by the conference. The lefty from Lorton, Va., faced 15 batters on Sunday in the opening game of a doubleheader vs. Meredith College, and retired them all. The five-inning perfect game was the ninth in the 40-year history of the program, and the first ever for Martin.
