Gonzalez earns first AE Rookie of the Week

BOSTON, MASS. – Silvia Gonzalez of the Bryant University women's basketball team was named the America East Rookie of the Week for the first time this season by the organization on Monday morning.

Gonzalez tallied a previous career-high of 14 points and four made from deep against Maine and then followed that performance up with her new career-best of 17 points and five 3PM. Also hauled in a career-high eight boards.
