Lauren Sims (+1) Leads CNU After First Round Action at the 2022 Williams Golf Championship

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. — Christopher Newport senior Lauren Sims (+1) fired a 72 on the first day and sits in third place overall to lead the Captains women's golf team on day one of the Williams Golf Championship. CNU sits in fifth place with a 315 (+31) and is currently 11 strokes off the pace set by New York University 304 (+20).
