Martinez, Pueyo Selected in 2024 WNBA Draft

NEW YORK, N.Y. – Arizona Wildcat alums Esmery Martinez and Helena Pueyo were both selected in the 2024 WNBA Draft on Monday. Martinez was selected in the second round with the 17th pick by the New York Liberty. Pueyo was selected in the second round with the 22nd pick by the Connecticut Sun. They are the 12th and 13th picks from Arizona in the WNBA Draft, respectively.
