Murua Becomes First Women’s Basketball Student-Athlete in Program History to Earn CSC Academic All-America® Team Honors

AUSTIN, Texas (4-16-24) – Senior Irena Murua was named to the College Sports Communicators Academic (CSC) 2023-24 Academic All-America® Women's Basketball Team. Murua becomes the first Detroit Mercy women's basketball student-athlete in program history to garner CSC Academic All-American honors.
