No. 10 Captains Clinch Regular Season Crown With 6-1 Win Over No. 5 Salisbury; Weber Dazzles in Record-Setting Start

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. — With the regular season Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference championship on the line, Christopher Newport fifth-year senior ace Dylan Weber saved one of the best outings of his career for 5th-ranked Salisbury University and led the Captains to a 6-1 win at home on Saturday afternoon. Playing in front of a season-high crowd of over 400, Weber struck out a career-high 14 batters in a complete game effort and lifted CNU to the top seed in next week's C2C Championship.
