No.14 Women's Soccer Senior Abby Tucker Garners GLVC Weekly Honors

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – No.14 McKendree University women's soccer nabbed its first Great Lakes Valley Conference weekly award of the fall as senior goalkeeper Abby Tucker was named GLVC Defensive Player of the Week, announced the league office on Monday afternoon. Tucker and the Bearcats took both games over the weekend, beating Quincy and Illinois Springfield on the road to extend the season-opening unbeaten streak. It is Tucker's first career GLVC weekly honor and the Bearcats' first since Mercedes King in March 2021.
