No. 19 Captains Earn Top Seed in C2C Women's Tennis Tournament; CNU Plays in Semifinal Round on Saturday

FREDERICKSBURG, Va. — Making history as the first team to ever supplant the perennial power Mary Washington as the top seed in the conference tournament, the nationally-ranked Christopher Newport women's tennis team will open play in the 2024 Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference Championships in Saturday's semifinal round at 2:00 p.m. CNU's opponent is to be determined after Friday's quarterfinals in which #4 Salisbury will take on #5 Pratt for the right to face the Captains on day two.
