No. 5 Iowa State Takes Down Michigan State 80-49

PORTLAND, Oregon – No. 5 Iowa State (5-0, 0-0 Big 12) handed Michigan State (6-1, 0-0 Big 10) its first loss of the season with the 80-49 victory in the first round of the Phil Knight Invitational. The Cyclones are 5-0 for the second-straight season and 11th time under head coach Bill Fennelly as they move on to the championship game.
