Pioneers Receive Three All-Conference Selections

The College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) announced its annual Women's Basketball All-Conference team Monday afternoon, with three Carroll players earning the honor. Junior Olivia Rangel and Sophomore Natalie Gricius each received a First Team selection, while sophomore Emilie Wizner was named to the Second Team. That trio is a big reason why the 19th-ranked Pioneers are in the midst of one of the greatest seasons in program history, winning a share of the CCIW regular season championship for the first time in program history under the direction of Head Coach Lindsay Schultz, who received the Beth Baker CCIW Coach of the Year award as a part of the All-Conference team. This marks the third consecutive season that the Pioneers have three players on the All-Conference team.
