Softball Prepped for United East Playoffs

The Lancaster Bible College Softball team has had its fair share of ups and downs this season but has more recently turned up a notch. Since Saturday, the Chargers ended the regular season 14-23 overall and 6-14 in United East Conference play. Two of those conference wins were against top-ranked teams in Penn St. Harrisburg and Penn College helping them earn the fifth seed in this year's United East Conference Championship. The Chargers will travel to four-seed Penn St. Abington on Wednesday, May 1 for the first round of playoffs, the winner will enter the United East Championship tournament on Friday, May 3 as the last remaining spot.
