Softball Splits With Hawks; Dominates Game One

QUINCY, Ill. – McKendree University softball (29-18, 12-8 GLVC) splits its Saturday afternoon doubleheader with the Quincy Hawks, bringing home the game one victory, 9-2, while falling in the latter contest, 8-2. The Bearcats went down first in both games but ferociously came back in game one with a six-run third inning, never looking back. McKendree is back in action on April 21 at Illinois Springfield with a 12PM doubleheader against the Prairie Stars.
