AMHERST, N.Y. (Mar. 9, 2024) – Powered by a game-high 25 points from junior Jaclyn Stanavich (Amsterdam, N.Y./Amsterdam), the No. 2 seeded Mercy University women's basketball team overcame a 19-point deficit to advance to the East Coast Conference (ECC) Championship Final for the first time following a 59-48 win over No. 3 seeded St. Thomas Aquinas College on Saturday afternoon at Lumsden Gymnasium.
