Women’s Basketball Finish Weekend 1-1; Still Just One Game Out of The Final Spot for the CCAA Championships

Chico State shot 54% from the field including 50% from three-point land to key its 86-63 road win over Stan State this afternoon at The Fitz.  With the loss, the Warriors finish the weekend 1-1 and are one game out of sixth place in the CCAA regular season standings.  The top six teams after February 29 will receive a berth to the CCAA Basketball Championships, March 7-9 in San Bernardino, Calif.
