Women’s Basketball: Macalester Tops Augsburg in Season Finale

The Macalester women's basketball team hosted Augsburg this afternoon in the Leonard Center for its final game of the season. The Scots rounded out the season on a high, defeating the Auggies 66-60. Macalester finishes the season 10-15 (7-13 MIAC). This is the first time since the 2016-17 campaign the Scots have amassed 10 victories in a season and the first time since the 2011-12 season to secure at least seven conference victories. In 2016-17 the Scots went 11-14 (5-13 MIAC) and in 2011-12 the Scots went 12-13 (10-12 MIAC).
