Women's Basketball Makes March Madness Debut Wednesday Night

BLACKSBURG, Va. – For the first time in its 38-year history as a Division I program, the Columbia women's basketball team will compete in the NCAA Tournament on Wednesday. The 12th-seeded Lions (23-6, 13-1) will face fellow 12-seed Vanderbilt (22-9, 9-7) in the First Four. The game is scheduled to begin at 9 p.m. ET on ESPNU.
