[Women's Basketball] Seven Women's Basketball Falcons earn KCAC Scholar-Athlete award
WICHITA, Kan. – Seven Friends University Women's Basketball Falcons have earned KCAC Scholar-Athlete status, the league office announced today (Feb. 25). The seven honorees are tied for fourth within the KCAC.The award is sponsored by Barnes & Noble College, the official campus bookstore and course material provider of the KCAC.To qualify for this award, the student-athlete must have reached sophomore academic standing, maintain a minimum 3.25 cumulative grade point average, have attended one full year at the KCAC institution, and be listed on the eligibility certificate for the sport.The seven Women's Basketball Falcon student-athletes that received this honor are listed below:Bridget Busbee (SR/Grand Prairie, Texas) Jailen Johnson (SR/Grand Prairie, Texas) Kassie Kinniburgh (JR/Valley Center, Kan.)
