Women's basketball slated to take on 4-seed Wingate in opening round of conference tournament

Harrogate, TN – After wrapping up the regular season last Saturday against Limestone at home, the Lincoln Memorial women's basketball team is ready for postseason play, and will take on the 4-seed Wingate Lady Bulldogs on Wednesday at noon in Rock Hill, SC. The regular season series between Lincoln Memorial and Wingate was split, with both road teams securing narrow victories. In Wingate early in the season, the Lady Splitters pulled off a 68-62 victory. At home, it was Wingate who emerged victorious, 69-61.
