Eggers Makes Fifth Straight AEC Women’s Basketball Weekly Report, Kesselman Joins on Weekly Honor Roll

Lancaster, Pa. – (2/5/2024) – Gwynedd Mercy University senior guard Lynzie Eggers (Washington Township, N.J.) and graduate forward Sydney Kesselman (Philadelphia, Pa.) were selected to the Atlantic East Conference (AEC) Women's Basketball Weekly Honor Roll for their play in the Griffins' recent 66-64 league win over Centenary University (NJ). The appearance was the fifth straight for the former, who earned three Honor Roll mentions (Jan. 8, Jan. 16, Jan. 29) in January and was named the league's Player of the Week on January 22. Eggers was also named the AEC Player of the Week on November 27 and earned an additional Weekly Honor Roll recognition on November 20. Meanwhile, Kesselman was previously named to the Weekly Honor Roll on December 4 and earned the AEC Defensive Player of the Week title on November 13.
