Gustafson named Second Team All-GLIAC

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Junior center Lillee Gustafson has been named Second Team All-GLIAC for the 2023-24 women's basketball season as voted on by the league's head coaches. Gustafson is earning second team honors for the second straight season. She played and started in all 28 games extending her streak to 84 straight games in her career. She scored a team-high 301 points for an average of 10.8 per game. Gustafson ranked third in the GLIAC with 7.7 rebounds per game and led the conference in offensive rebounds (85). She also ranked eighth in minutes per game (28.9) and 10th in made field goals (117). She pulled down 16 rebounds (tied for sixth all-time at DU) on Feb. 8 at Saginaw Valley State. Gustafson also recorded eight double-doubles on the season for points and rebounds. She also scored in double figures 18 times during the season. After three years with the program, Gustafson ranks fifth all-time with 700 rebounds, sixth with 351 free throw attempts, seventh in games started, eighth in scoring average (10.3), and eighth in blocked shots (58).
