Panthers conclude season with 64-54 loss at Northern Michigan

MARQUETTE, Mich. – It was the end of the road for the 2023-24 women's basketball season on Saturday at Northern Michigan. The Panthers battled tough but fell 64-54 to the Wildcats. The second and third quarters were where the game swung in favor of Northern Michigan. After a tie in the first quarter at 9-9, the Wildcats outscored the Panthers 23-14 in the second quarter. They then outscored the Panthers 22-12 in the third quarter to take a commanding lead. Davenport saved one of their best quarters of the season for last as they outscored NMU 19-10 in the final 10 minutes.
