Women’s Basketball Earns AFH U Team of the Month Award

St. Paul, Minn.- The Macalester College athletics department has three core values which include community, compete, and develop. The Macalester College women's basketball team has embodied all three of these core values by not only jumping out to an unblemished 2-0 in its spring season but also by diligently working in the community. The women's basketball team was nominated and awarded the Athletes for Hope (AFH U) Team of the Month award for the month of February.
