Women's basketball handles Newberry on the road

Newberry, SC – The Lincoln Memorial women's basketball team took to Newberry, SC on Saturday for a conference match up with the Newberry Lady Wolves. The Lady Splitters were fresh off of a win on the road at Tusculum, and were looking to maintain momentum late in the season. Lincoln Memorial entered the contest with a 16-7 record, including a 12-6 record in SAC play. Newberry entered the contest with a 8-17 record with a 6-11 mark in conference play.
